If you are interested in Feldenkrais classes, please contact me. I teach smaller groups at my home to build up interest and will move to a bigger space when there are more people. This means I can be flexible with time and day which may work better for you too. A first session is £5 and then £8 for every subsequent session.
I also offer the one to one Functional Integration (FI) sessions. These are also at my home, or I can bring my table to you if you have the space. The day and time for these can be arranged on an individual basis. A first session here is £40 for an hour, and then £32 from then onwards.
