These individual sessions take place in comfortable, everyday clothes sitting or lying on a low, padded table. The practitioner will guide you with gentle non-invasive touch to notice movement that is functional and efficient. With gentle encouragement and suggestion you may begin to experience moving in a different way, giving you choices to change and discover a new found pleasure and ease in your movement.
Sessions
- These can be 30min, 45min, 60min or 75mins.
- 30 mins on the table or at your desk at home or work.
- 45 min to 75 min sessions, table based, at your home or in Emsworth.
